Clanmil Housing Association Limited is governed by a voluntary Board of Management, whose collective mission is to provide great homes that strengthen communities with services that matter.
It is registered with the Department for Communities, Charity Commission NI and the Financial Conduct Authority.
It provides affordable housing with over 5,500 properties throughout NI. It has three wholly owned subsidiaries; Clanmil Developments Limited, which provides a development service to Clanmil Housing Association, Clanmil Properties Limited which manages commercial properties and provides services to other housing providers; and Milbreen Limited which is non-trading and was established to build for sale.
Clanmil Housing Association is a member of the National Housing Federation and has adopted its Code of Governance (subject to DfC restrictions). It is accredited with Investors in People. Its main offices are in Belfast city centre and has an employee base of circa 300 staff.
We are currently developing our strategy for the next five years, which will transform the way we deliver services and the way we work. This will reinforce our tenants being at the heart of our governance.
