PBNI’s intention is to change lives for safer communities. It does this through the rehabilitation of offenders, usually through the management of probation orders. It is also responsible for the Victim Information Scheme.

PBNI’s Strategic Priorities are set out in its Corporate Plan 2020-23, which is available on the website.
